Words Of Power

We've already established that words of power or affirmations, have the ability to create the life you want. And we also know that these words must be positive affirmations.

What hasn't really been established yet is the importance of how you phrase your words.

Use Present Tense

When you write or say your affirmations...they ABSOLUTELY must be in the present tense and there must be passion in how you feel about your words of power.

If there is no passion or feelings about what you want, then more than likely, they won't manifest. Passion is what gives your words of power--their power. Without it, they're just words.

Use Passion With Your Affirmations

Giving your affirmations the passion they need should be fairly easy, however. The whole point of doing affirmations is to create the life you desire. So putting feelings into your words of power shouldn't be hard at all.

When you're doing your daily affirmation or weekly or monthly affirmations...don't forget the passion.

The other point is...don't forget to write or say your words of power in the present tense. The importance lies in the here and now--as suppose to then and there (the future).

Affirmations For Now Not Then

"I am" as suppose to "I will". "I have" as supposed to "I can". The present tense are words of power that indicate a function that is happening now...not some undisclosed time in the future.

I will and I can...are not the words of power you want to use. They indicate something you MIGHT want to happen in the future. They aren't definite--they're maybe. And again, they are lacking in the strong, positive power and passion needed to manifest the type of life you want for yourself.

So be very careful with your words of power. I pay close attention to the sound of what I'm writing, and generally stay with "I am" and "I have".

Do Not Let Your Affirmations Go To Waste

Both of these points are very important. If they aren't part of the equation, then your words of power will be for naught. And it will be like writing with invisible ink or speaking in the wind...not expecting an answer. Affirmations or words of power have been practiced for thousands of years. I have seen and personally experienced this power. And like I've said before...we have all experienced affirmations--either positive or negative, but affirmations all the same.

So when you write or say your words of power--be sure to give them passion and keep them in the present tense.

Affirmations For The Present

As you can see, all these affirmations are stated in the present tense. Please feel free to use them if you want to. Affirmations are very easy to write...just stay away from the future tense and you will be okay.
