Visualization Exercises In Action
Visualization And Affirmations
I've often explained how important visualization exercises are, but I've never shared my personal experiences with visualization.
It's not a very long story, but it will give you an idea of how visualization exercises, manifestation and affirmation works.
My Neighbors
My next door neighbor works for the school board... first as a school bus driver and now as an office worker. Even though her job has changed, she still has friends that are drivers.
I don't know why, but my neighbor is now allowing one of her friends to park the school bus she drives, next to her house.
Yes, it's a bit un-sightly and I would perfer for it not to be there, but we live in the county, and the laws are not as strick as the laws in the city.
The very first day this young woman parked her bus, she just happened to park it on my property. True enough it was toward the back of the property, but she had come over too far, and there she was with her big, yellow school bus... parked on my land.
Always Remain Calm With Your Neighbors
Well, okay I thought. She's having trouble seeing behind her when she backs in, so I'm not going to say anything, I'll wait and see what she does the next day.
The next came and went, and the young lady continued to park on my property. My neighbor seemed to be okay with it and never said anything to the woman.
After a week of this, of course I found myself getting a little steamed under the collar. I thought about what was happening and decided to calm down. Instead of making a confrontation about the situation, I decided to use visualization and affirmations to solve this problem.
Use Visualization To Solve Your Problems
Sometimes we do tend to forget the tools that are at our disposal.
I used the visualization exercises to visualize the bus back over on my neighbor's property. I affirmed, "The school bus is back on the correct property".
Then guess what? I promptly forgot about it and went on with my daily routines. Whenever I saw the bus on my property, I would use visualization and affirm again...then go on with my life.
Visualize - Affirm - Detach!
After another week, I checked and there the school bus was... parked on my neighbors property. It's been a month, and the big, yellow bus is still being parked on the correct side of the property line.
Visualization works! Affirmations work! Detaching works!
I used the visualization exercisies, I affirmed, detached and put it in the hands of the universe. I believed, I had faith and I expected the situation to be resolved.
Visualization Does Work
A small situation to be sure, but a big victory for manifesting the things you want in your life. Please give visualization exercises a try. It's a wonderful feeling when you can actually see results happening in your life.
Start your visualization exercises on something small, then move up to the large items. Manifesting the small items gives you a taste of what to expect. It builds the excitement so you can continue on your path to prosperity.
So you see, visualization exercises are important as a tool in manifesting your destiny. Some of you have probably tried this already. For those of you who had success... Good Job! For those of you didn't have success... Good Job for trying! but don't give up, try visualization on something else you want.
Remember Some Things Come Quickly
Some take time. It doesn't necessarily mean your visualization exercises aren't working.
Think about what you're trying to manifest. Again, events and situations have to be present before your visualization exercises can bear fruit. Give it time.
Visualization exercises and affirmations will work wonders in your life. Don't ever give up. When you do, a sense of frustration will take over, and you're right back where you started from.
Give visualization exercises a try. You owe it to yourself!
