What We Expect Can Change Our Lives

Living with and understanding expectation is very important. It's important, because whatever you expect out of life is exactly what you will get. So it stands to reason that if this is so...why not expect the best!

It's true! If you expect bad things to happen--they will. If you expect good things to happen--they will. This is the way the universe works. It does not discriminate. You get back, what you project out.

Is Your Mind In A State Of Lack?

Have you ever wondered why the rich get richer. It's because their minds are in a state of expectancy. They expected to get rich and they did. They expected to get rich again...and they did.

I know some of you are thinking, "yeah right." It's easy to expect something, when you already have it. But not so easy when you're in a state of lack. And you're right. It's not easy when you're in a state of lack. But its not to say it can't be done--because it can. Remember my favorite phrase? It's doable.

Remember one point about understanding expectation...you're in a state of lack, because this is where your expectation is! How hard will you find it to change your way of thinking. Change it to a state of abundance. One thought is just as easy as the next. Try it!

Keep an open mind. Have great expectations! Have faith! Believe and know this will work. Understanding expectation will make it easy to do the other steps to abundance. If this is something you want. Find a way to make it happen. You owe it to yourself.

Expect To Be Successful!

Expect your desires to manifest! Expect your prayers to be answered! Expect to find your purpose in life! Expect it all! It's just as easy to have great expectations, as it is to have a small expectations.

Let me tell you another story from “Your Infinite Power To Be Rich,” by Joseph Murphy. It’s a story about a man who discovered first hand how expectancy works. This individual lived in New York and this is also where he attended church.

Every Sunday this man paid his tithes...which was a very large sum of money. He’d been doing this for years, but was still trying to make ends meet.

One day he complained about this to Joseph Murphy, who talked extensively with this individual...and discovered that although this man paid his tithe religiously, he NEVER wanted or expected to get anything back! Obviously there was no understanding expectation!

He Basically Sabotaged His Own Prosperity!

So, it was explained to the man that he had been neutralizing his good all those years...and that it was like planting a seed, then digging it up before it sprouted. When he understood this--he understood what he’d been doing to himself.

Well, needless to say, this individual began to expect the law of abundance to work for him...and his financial condition improved tremendously.

Understanding expectation is vital in your path to abundance. The Bible says that a man shall decree a thing and it shall come to pass.

Sadly, this man didn’t understand this. He gave the order to his subconscious mind, and it obeyed him. So, be careful what you wish for...and be careful what you say you don’t want! Always have great expectations!
