Fortunately for us, it’s never too late to imagine something new,
even if you are presently dealing with circumstances previously
imagined.
Instead of focusing on the problem you want to change, imagine and focus
on how you want the
situation or condition to be. The concept is very
simple and fortunately, so is the method.
Anyone can do it, anywhere, at
any time, and for any duration – with outstanding results. Visualization
is one of the most powerful methods there is for effecting the changes
you desire.
The process of visualization is simple, and it doesn’t require any
mystical knowledge or complicated
equipment. If you have a quiet place
to practice it, fine; if you don’t, don't worry about it.
Visualization Can Be Done Anywhere You
Choose
You can visualize on a bus... you can visualize while sitting, standing,
laying down or out jogging.
You can visualize with your eyes open or
closed. It doesn't matter. If you can arrange to be uninterrupted,
that's great! If not, it isn’t a problem.
Turning your fantasies into realities is done by doing visualization exercises,
which involves creating a visual
picture of what you want (NOT what you don’t want). Create a visual
picture of the condition, circumstance, or situation as you desire it to
be (NOT how it currently
and undesirably is).
For the best results, once
you have a clear mental picture of what you’re creating, be sure to
place
yourself in the image (if you’re not already). Interact with the
elements of the image you want to bring
into existence.

effective when done with positive
emotions.
That is, once you’ve started visualizing the way you want
something to be – whether it’s your physical
condition or your life
situations – allow yourself to feel the
emotions associated with these
desired states.
Turning your fantasies into realities will require you to feel what it
would be like to have what you want,
as though you already have it.
Perfect health, that relationship you’ve always wanted, a new car or
Hawaiian vacation, a better job, the
return of something lost or
missing, the resolution of a disagreement – whatever it is, feel the
emotions
you know you’ll have when that image, whatever it is, becomes
your reality.
Visualization is how you go about turning your fantasies into realities. It's the way to make your request
for a particular reality
unfold; the positive emotions you feel about that reality is the way you
get into vibrational alignment with that request. It's the way you allow
what you’ve visualized into your
present reality.
Here's A Three-Step Process:
1. Visualize your desire, and be sure to include yourself in it.
2. Feel how it feels to have that desired reality here and now.
3. Repeat your visualization as desired.

put your request out into the
