Everyone doesn't plan out their life, and if you happen to be one of those who would perfer to take things as they come, then that's okay. But instead of getting a positive, happy, I'm so excited for you. They get a, "what are you doing that for?" Or how about, "Oh, so you think you're better than us now?" It happens! I personally wouldn't bother with a time frame because they have a tendency to create the anxiety, pressure and stress you want to eliminate.When you set small goals and watch them unfold, you experience a sense of accomplishment that can not be described, but the experience will diffinitely keep your spirits up while you focus on achieving your larger goals. So go ahead amd make your goals list a mixture of small and large goals. This is number one when it comes to tips on setting goals... have fun and enjoy yourself along the way. Being stressed will only cause unhappiness and disapointment. Be Smart With Your Goals:Also, another tip is that if you write down a goal you want to achieve... and you don't have the means to care for it...
