Meditation secrets reveal that if you become lost or confused during your session, then just accept these thoughts and turn your attention back onto the object of focus. Don’t resist outside thoughts. This will only hinder the meditation process.
• Let Go - Find a style that suits you. Once you have chosen a style, try to let go of negative thoughts. Do not focus on the ‘hows’ of being able to get everything you want from this life.
