Positive Meditation Makes An Excellent Relaxation Meditation
There's nothing like positive meditation to soothe and calm you down and give you a clear sense of purpose.
It makes an excellent relaxation meditaion and should be used as much as possible in your daily living.
Today however, I want to talk about using it to bring peace and calmness to your mind and soul.
A calmness that may be lacking because of what you've been watching on TV or reading in the newspaper.
Especially if the topics are filled with negative situations.
Something That May Even Affect Your Behavior The Next Day!
I've read that what you watch on TV is very important. If you're working with the Law of Attraction, it
is even more important! That's becasue doing so could have a negative effect on your thoughts and
your feelings.
I do know that sometimes, whatever you see on TV can be reflected in your dreams. So it's no surprise
that it may affect how you act, think and feel!
Using positive meditation as a relaxation meditation to calm your mind can be very important to those
of you who have experienced this.
My Suggestion Would Be To Use The Positive Meditation Before Going To Bed
Fill your subconscious with soothing and pleasing thoughts... or fill them with the goals you wish
to accomplish instead.
I seriously don't know if these types of programs affects everyone or if it depends on the individual!
I do know that there are some programs I tend to stay away from, only because they will give me
nightmares. However, I can't say they've had any major effects on my visualization program.
On the other hand... the subconscious does soak up a lot of the visual things you observe during your
waking hours... things important and not so important, and you really don't know what's lurking in the
depths of your subconscious mind.
This Is Really A Personal Choice
If you feel watching and reading about rape, murder and poverty doesn't affect you... that's okay! But if
you feel the newspapers, movies and TV shows about these things will affect you, then you may want
to try watching and reading about something a little less heartbreaking, until you are better able to handle
these things.
Do your positive meditation or relaxation meditation
before bed. Fill your mind with something other than killings, floods and poverty!
