the "Ah" in Amen, which basically means "so be it" or "it is done."

Do you know this very easy way to speed up your manifesting results using the ancient secrets of mantra
meditation? Read on and I'll share with you a simple process you can use to get better results today.
I originally learned this cool technique from Wayne Dyer, who get it from a Yogi called Sri Siva.
Starting A Mantra Meditation
The drill is simple - you make a mental movie of an intention, then recite a loud droning sound that
reverberates from your feet up the your third eye, where you make the pictures.
The energy snakes up and charges the visualisation, bringing it to pass. Or programs it deeply into your
subconscious mind, making you automatically do useful things to get it. Or both, depending on your
particular reality bubble.
Technically the sound you're making is a seed mantra, a sound that expresses and induces a particular vibrational
pattern. In this case it's the mantra for creation.
This process is particularly useful manifesting technique if you find yourself prone to excessive internal dialogue.
That means basically that if your internal voice is chattering away like a drunken monkey you can shut it
up by replacing that internal dialogue with a stronger internal sound.
Start To Experiment With The Ahhh Meditation As Follows:
Step One: Find a comfortable place where you'll have peace and quiet and can safely relax and close your eyes.
Step Two: Take a few nice deep relaxing breaths.
Step Three: Take one minute to replay a few times the 15 second long mental movie of your project, in
multi-sensory detail
Step Four: Start to imagine the sound 'ahhhhh' vibrating up from the base of your spine, all the way through
your body to your head...
Step Five: As you do this, keep your attention on your mental movie. You might like to time the pulsing sound
with your out breath. Repeat until you feel you've done enough for this session.
Repeat The Process Every Day
Repeat this process for the mantra meditation daily for about 15 minutes for a few days and notice what events
and stepping stones appear to get you and your goal united.
