His Block To Riches And The Cure

His block was in the inner recesses of his mind. the baneful emotion he specifically had to overcome was envy. It was the cause of both his financial lack and his lost sales. He admitted that he was very envious seeing the other salesmen make large commissions. He was also deeply resentlful.

He was made to understand that his enivious thought was the worst possible attitude to have, for it put him in a very negative position. As long as he retained this attitude of mind, riches would flow from him instead of to him.

His remedy for this state of affairs, he finally discovered, was to bless all his associates whose more fortunate state had incited him to envy.

A complete mental cure followed his frequent repetition of the following prayer, thoughtfully, meaningfully, and knowingly:

"I am aware that there is a perfect law of supply and demand. I practice the golden rule in all my affairs. I am at peace. Whatever I wish to sell is an idea in the Mind of God. The principle of all knowledge is within me. I know everything that I need instantly. I recognize whatever I wish to buy or sell represents an exchange of ideas in Divine Mind within me. I know that there are mutual satisfaction, harmony, and peace.

The price is right; the people are right; all is in perfect order. I know the Truth; I understand the Truth; and I am the consciousness of God in action. All the ieas I need constantly unfold within me with perfect sequence and perfect combinations. I receive and rejoice in Divine ideas, and I give them to my fellow creatures; I receive ideas in exchange. Peace is mine now. There is no delay in Divine Mind; I accept my good."

I have seldom seen a man so completely transformed spiritually, mentally and financially! He became one of the foremost salesmen in his office. He became kinder, nobler, and more affable and gracious, and his kindness and warmth were genuine. Sales came much faster for him. He discovered that by blessing others, he also blessed himself, and all sense of inferiority and lack were overcome.

He was Minister-Director of the Church of Divine Science in Los Angeles for 28 years, and hundreds of people attended his lectures every Sunday. In 1976 Dr. Murphy moved from Los Angeles to Laguna Hills in California, and it was here he lectured every Sunday until his death in 1981.

Law of Attraction and a Baby

Yes, utilizing the Law of Attraction brought me what I most desired...a baby. My little baby, Grace was born on my birthday 5 years ago. I'm not telling you that to toot my own birthday horn.

For me my birthday always reminds me that the Law of Attraction is constantly working in my life and believe it or not the Law of Attraction is working in your life! That's a bold statement, I know It seems as if people are in two camps, either you believe in Law of Attraction and agree with The Secret or you don't.

If you don't, that's okay, I think everyone is on their own path and I acknowledge people where they are in their personal development journey. I just want to be a better me. As Wayne Dyer says, "I'm better than I used to be."

I'm on my own journey, being the best me, which includes
living the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction says whatever you focus your attention and energy on, you will attract more of the same, whether it is wanted or unwanted.

When I said that my birthday is the personal reminder that the Law of Attraction is working in my life, that's a understatement. My wonderful reminder is looking into the smiling, shiny face of my now 5 year old daughter, Grace.

This little 5 year old miracle is a beacon of light reminding me daily of staying open to the wonderful possibilities in my life. You see, I spent almost 7 1/2 years attempting to get pregnant I went to 3 different fertility doctors and after such a long time in attempting to conceive was disappointed month after month...about 90 months or so. The last doctor I went to told me I wouldn't be able to get pregnant.

During those 7 years, we moved to Colorado with our daughter McKenna and decided to build a log home in the beautiful San Juan Mountains. While we were moving from our house and going through all the baby things we had saved for such a long time we weren't sure whether to keep in the hopes of a baby or give them away.

During a moment of clarity, we looked at each other and said, "Let's just let it go (having a baby.)" We were tired of the emotional roller coaster of disappointment.

We donated two truck loads of baby things...everything we had kept for 7 1/2 years. When I say, we donated two truck loads, that includes a crib, a cradle, a stroller, high chair, swings, clothes, toys...EVERYTHING.

Michael Losier in "The Law of Attraction, The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't" talks about creating a void. We created a void by giving away all the baby things and look what we attracted...a baby!

Yes, Law of Attraction works!

Instead of focusing all the months on what we weren't receiving (a baby) we let that energy go and by creating a void, it allowed space for a baby. That's why we chose the name Grace because we felt it was God's Grace that we received this little miracle baby...without any fertility assistance by the way! In fact, I saw the fertility doctor that told me I couldn't get pregnant while in labor at the hospital walking the halls.

And yes, Grace was born on my birthday...5 beautiful years ago! Maybe my story relates to yours. Creating a void is creating space for what it is you are seeking. A void is always waiting to be filled.

How To Create A Void

Focus on the void to be filled. Let's say you desire a new dog for the home, more sales in your business and a healthier body. How do those desires come to fruition? By making room for the new dog in the house, creating a plan for the money you'll make with your abundant business sales and donating the old clothes and purchasing workout clothes for your healthy, exercising body.

What are you willing to let go of to create a void? Draining clients, negative friends and your job makes way for new clients, positive relationships and your own business.

Creating a void feels good because we create space for
something different in our life.

Be open to something greater coming into your life. Sometimes, we want to hold onto what we know, what we are comfortable with in our life.

Opportunity This Week: Allow the Law of Attraction to work for you and create a void. Make room for what you want by releasing, ridding, and letting go and creating the space for your desires.

Become Lucky

Our thinking and acting may cause us to experience serendipitous events in some areas of our lives and to experience seeming obstacles in other areas. Changing the way we think may change our experience instantly.

For example, many years ago, a friend used to take me to play bingo. During the first two years I played I won absolutely nothing. I believed that it was not part of my destiny to win anything playing games of chance. I didn't expect to win anything and I didn't win anything.

Then one day, the Law of gratitude crossed my mind, and just for the sake of experiment I began expressing gratitude - in advance - for winning a specific game at Bingo that evening. For about an hour that afternoon I kept on subjectively experiencing myself winning a specific game on a green card at Bingo and feeling gratitude for the winnings. I went to Bingo that evening, and I won exactly the game for which I was expressing gratitude. From that day onward I kept on winning consistently.

One day I needed $200, so I went to play bingo. A friend of mine dropped by in the middle of the game which paid $200. He knew that I didn't have any money to throw away, and he made fun of me and laughed at the idea that I came to play bingo to get $200 that I needed. Several numbers later, as all the numbers I needed came, I raised my card and yelled "Bingo!" - I just won $200 I needed. My friend was speechless. I smiled and said "Mind over matter!"

Later on I won jackpots at playing bingo and slot machines, again giving thanks in advance for the winnings. While I don't believe in gambling as a strategy for creating financial wealth, I do consider playing games of chance as a fun way of conducting mind over matter experiments. If you play with money, play only with the money you can afford to lose even if you are 100% sure that you are going to win, or better yet, practice first playing games with fun money, until you develop some proficiency in directing the outcome of the game with your mind.

If you play games of chance, one of the things you may learn rather fast is the necessity of letting go, of detaching from the outcome. People often ask me how can you have a desire for something and detach from it at the same time. You do that by shifting into a state of an observer, as if you were observing a miracle that is being done through you, rather than you doing it yourself, or if you will, rather than you doing anything consciously.

Here is an example: From the time I dealt a game of roulette at a casino. A player put me in the game by giving me a $25 chip. I could put it on any number, and what I win would be my tip. I picked number "8" - it was as good as any other number. My task was to spin the ball so it lands on number 8. That was beyond what I was able to do consciously, so I called upon that power and intelligence that expresses through my body, through the roulette wheel, through the roulette ball and everything else.

You may call it unconscious, subconscious, Greater Self, God or whatever you like. I had merely silently expressed my intent, that the ball lands in the slot with number 8, and then I surrendered my hand to this Greater Self, and spun the ball from the state of mind of an observer rather than a do-er. The ball landed exactly on number 8 and I got a tip of $900.

All instant manifestation of anything involves exactly the same process of expressing an intent and then surrendering yourself, letting go and detaching yourself from the outcome by shifting into an observer state of mind. Instead of doing anything consciously, you simply watch the miracle happen, you let your unconscious, subconscious, your Greater Self, God, or whatever you like to call it, do its thing.

When you are in a do-er state of mind, you experience some tension in your body, maybe the greatest tension is felt somewhere in the area of your solar plexus. When you shift into an observer state, you experience peace and relaxation. When you are tense, you block the energy from manifesting, when you are relaxed, you let it flow and you allow the desired outcome to happen.

This observer state of mind is also an ideal state to be in between your self-hypnosis sessions, when you are done stating your intent in some way, usually by subjectively experiencing your desired outcome. It is like a state of joyful expectation, a state of openness, a state of allowing.

You could say that people who consider themselves lucky tend to look for signs that affirm the manifestation of their desired outcomes, while those who consider themselves unlucky tend to look for signs that affirm that what they desire is not there yet and may never even happen.

If you walk through life with the belief that "something good comes out of everything", you'll always discover something good in every situation, something you can rejoice in and feel grateful for. These feelings by themselves raise your energy level, your vibration, align you, harmonize you with all power and what you desire to experience begins to happen spontaneously and effortlessly.

A couple of women here in Toronto won $1 million dollars on instant lottery tickets which they purchased during a shopping spree before their weddings. The forthcoming weddings put them into a state of mind of joyful expectation, into a state of mind where they were in love with life and everything felt wonderful and perfect and the lottery winnings manifested as natural expression of this inner joy.

If you pay attention to what happens in your life when you feel in love with anything, when you feel happy and blissful, you may notice that you are at such times in greater harmony with everything and good things happen spontaneously and effortlessly because you are allowing life to flow through your being.

Many years ago, a young man who reminded me of one of my spiritual teachers, invited me to go with him to a racetrack where the horse he was training and which was to race the next day, was staying. I've never been at a racetrack before, so I was curious. When we got there, the young man left me alone with the horse for a few moments, and as I gazed into the eyes of that horse, I suddenly felt my body and the horse's body dissolving, horse and I merging into one and expanding all across the universe - as one, pure, formless spirit.

The experience was out of this world and so overwhelming that tears came to my eyes. The boy and the horse, who were staying at this racetrack only for one race, left the city, but I kept going back to the racetrack, hoping to have that otherworldly experience again, hoping to again experience myself free of all boundaries.

At first when I went to the racetrack, I didn't bet on any horses. I merely went there, every day, just to practice experiencing that state of oneness with the horses. While I haven't experienced exactly that otherworldly experience I desired, I felt love for everything on that racetrack and all the smells, sounds and sights of the racetrack triggered a sense of delight in me.

I soon discovered that in this state of oneness with the horses, picking winning horses was effortless. Since I had no intention to bet, and no self-interest was involved, there were no obstacles to the free flow of energy and information. I was simply basking in the feeling of love. Sometimes before a particular race I would hear a song in my mind that contained the name of a horse that would win in the forthcoming race. For example, a song about a girl named Cinnamon would play in my mind before a race in which a horse named Cinnamon Toasted won.

If you practice increasing the feeling of love within you, you will notice that your intuition as well as your luck will increase. Through love you get in tune with everything, you step in harmony with everything. It doesn't matter what it is that you love, as long as you let this love flow freely, rather than offering it as a trade-off for something else. The latter is no longer love, it's bargaining.

The difference is that when you let love flow through you freely just for the sake of love, the energy flows freely through you, you remain in an open, receptive state. When you are offering love so that you can get something back, your energy tenses up and you begin to close down, to cut yourself off from the wellspring of good fortune. The more open you are, the more blessings, abundance, good fortune you allow into your experience of life. The more open you are, the more expanded you become and the more things you embrace into your life.

You can pick as an object of love anything you feel you can love totally and completely - whether it is the Infinite Spirit as Divine Light, by whatever name you may want to call it, or it is some individual, or an object. It should be something that you can love just for the sake of feeling love in your being and expressing it, not because you want something in return.

You can pick something that when you look at it, you simply feel so good all over, you feel happy and love naturally and effortlessly flows through you. When you direct your love toward such individual or an object, or even an abstract idea, that individual or object becomes a doorway to the infinite for you. Through love you align yourself with the infinite, because the essence of the infinite is love.

The Infinite Spirit, the Divine Light is contained in every speck of creation - beginning with yourself and in everything that is visible and invisible, including in all things and circumstances where you'd like to experience more luck.

In some cultures and traditions, people put statues or pictures of different spiritual beings and direct their love toward the infinite thorough those images or objects. If you recognize this Divine Light in yourself, you may as well use your own picture and love the Infinite through your own image. It is not the material image that you love, but rather the Infinite that expresses through it.

People may choose pictures of saints, angels and other highly evolved spiritual beings because it is much easier being aware of the Infinite in something which already expresses pure love, rather than in something like a piece of dirt - but the point is that the Infinite Spirit is contained in everything and absolutely anything and everything can serve as a doorway to the infinite if you allow yourself to look beyond appearances.

When you fall in love with someone, you do not judge the person and whatever faults the person may be experiencing, all that you know is that you love. You overlook all the shortcomings and you are only aware of love. At that moment you are aware of that which is Divine, even if it were clothed in mortal flesh.

Whether you choose an object or an individual or anything material, the love you express is putting you in tune with the source of all power, with One Infinite Spirit, One Divine Light expressing through everything, regardless of the form it may take. When you communicate with the Infinite, it will take the form of whatever you have chosen, based on your background, beliefs and experiences, to be Divine for you.

Different people can have an experience of the same miraculous event, and each person will see a different form - at the same time - one may see an angel, one may see Jesus, one may see Krishna, or Shiva, one may see mother Mary, or some spiritual teacher or anyone else. The Divine Light becomes translated into the form or name we have ascribed to Divine. The form is then only a doorway to the infinite, a reflection of the infinite love, power and wisdom which reside in you, which in effect are what you truly are.

For many people it seems easier to believe that the love, power and wisdom they desire to experience are in someone or something else, rather than in themselves - and for a while, until they discover that they there is only One love, power and wisdom present in everyone and everything - they find it easier to direct their devotion and faith into someone or something external to them. For a while this external object or individual acts as a mirror of that love, power and wisdom contained in every speck of creation.

Eventually, when you experience the Divine Light, then you know that the whole is contained in every speck of creation - within and without, and you are able to be aware of the Infinite, of Divine in everything - recognizing the Divine in a grain of sand just as in yourself, in any face or in any circumstance.

If you need a lucky charm - whether you pick Lucky Wanga oil, or rabbit's foot, or an image of a saint, or a guru, or some deity, or angel, or even your own image - they will all work equally well if you let them act as doorways to the Infinite through which all the power of creation can flow into your life. Acknowledge the Divine Light in yourself and in all life and love it with all your being and you will walk in tune with all the good fortune in the universe.

Law of Attraction - How I Manifested a New Life

I knew I wanted to start an online business, but I couldn't afford to give up my salary and with my schedule I had no time to set up a new business. I decided that if the Law of Attraction really worked, this was the time to put it to the test!

I had been reading various books and listening to CDs by Abraham-Hicks for about 6 months at this point, and had taken on board the concept that "nothing is more important than that I feel good."

I had a 2 hour coach and train commute each way to work, so I started by transferring workshop CDs to my mp3 player so I could listen on the journey to work and back. Most times I fell asleep while listening and woke up to the applause at the end of a workshop.

At work, I kept a small notebook and while most people took a break every hour to go out for a cigarette, I used that time to write a small appreciation of something or someone, It didn't need to be anything major; for example one of my colleagues had a great sense of humour, and I remember writing "I appreciate G for making me laugh this morning."

I also made a point of appreciating as much as possible about my boss. There was some friction between us because of his management style and my reaction to it, so I actively looked for things about him that I could appreciate. I remember one of them was that he kept me on, even though I wasn't really pulling my weight at work at this point.

I had no idea how I could afford to leave this job and start a business of my own; I had no savings and was still carrying credit card debt from several years earlier. I had only been with this company for less than 4 years, so I knew that any severance compensation would be very low.

I estimated the amount I would need to live on for 3 months while my new business got off the ground and could see no way of getting it in the near future by any "logical" means, so I gave the whole thing over and let Law of Attraction work its magic. I continued to do my part, which was to keep feeling as good as I could while appreciating as much as possible in my current circumstances.

One day, my boss called me in to a private meeting. He offered me a severance package that not only gave me more than double what I had estimated I would need, he also suggested I continued to work with a specific client under a consultancy contract to the company. I was floored, but on the other hand it was what I'd been working towards - I just hadn't envisaged how it could happen.

Several years later, I'm living my dream lifestyle at the beach - and I still have that consultancy contract as part of my online business!

How The Law of Attraction Made Me A Successful Stockbroker

I was a newly-minted stockbroker with a major brokerage house, wearing the only three suits I owned on a rotating basis, and I had a family with five mouths to feed.

My own family was not from the city I now lived in, and regardless they were not from money so I had no contacts to call on to build my business.

Selling financial services, especially for the big brokerage houses is one of the hardest sales jobs there is. First of all you are selling a risky product that can lose or gain the client money despite your best efforts. You can be as honest as Abe, do all kinds of homework, study the markets thoroughly and still lose money for your client.

Second, there is the low commissions. By the time the house takes out its fees, the broker is lucky if he or she gets to take home 1% of the investment amount (more often it is a fraction of that 1%).

Finally, small investors will make you poor. Only six figure investors will support your business. The problem is, there are just not that many people out there who have hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest. And those who do, already have a relationship with a financial professional.

So it is a brutal game. Somehow I had to get clients. I had to get the right kind of clients who had investable assets, and I had to do it quickly because the brokerage firms have unforgiving quotas that had to be met or I would soon be out the door and my clients would be distributed to the older brokers.

But I did survive and I did make money, and the way I did it almost seemed like magic. I had unwittingly discovered the Law of Attraction and it helped me feed my little family through one of the toughest career ordeals in my life.

I wrote out a couple of simple affirmations that I repeated to myself at least 50 times a day (although there were days I repeated them up to 100 times just because I needed to keep my faith alive). Here they are:

Every day, more and more new clients are being brought to me who want to do business with me.

New clients, who want to do business with me and who want to invest substantial assets, are being brought to me every day.

As I said, the results seemed like magic. One month I was on the edge of failure and absolute poverty. The next, I became an account-opening machine.

I can't begin to tell you where all these new clients came from. Referrals, people I would meet at social events, people who would call into the office after hours or during the lunch hour, total strangers I had handed my card to months earlier, etc.

The point is that I never stopped working to bring in new clients (back then cold calling was legal and I made a lot of cold calls). But the truth is that most of these new clients came to me from sources unrelated to my hard work.

I did notice, one interesting thing about the Law of Attraction. I couldn't just sit back and expect new clients to come my way if I didn't work. When I stopped cold calling, I stopped getting those new clients from random sources like referrals or incoming calls out of the blue. But when I started working my butt off again, the stream of new clients started coming in again.

Try the Law of Attraction for yourself. Expect the results you need to come to you. Expect to manifest these results and expect to create into being these things. But don't start working.

A Winning The Lottery Experience

One of my recent affirmations has been: unexpected income comes to me in delightful ways. This past Saturday there was an opportunity to play the lottery. The total amount was particularly high.

I can count on one hand the number of times I have played the lottery. I decided that I was going to play because I thought I had a responsibility to find ways to allow the Universe to bring me unexpected income in delightful ways. First, I spent hours daydreaming and detail imagining the store from which I would purchase the tickets.

The best part of the picture was the fun I had imagining myself supporting the owners of the store, who I do not know personally, but have a good feeling about. My dominant thought was: When I am a winner, they will be winners. I thought about the news reporters at their store, and all the coverage they would get. I giggled a lot imagining all of this.

Finally, I went to purchase the tickets. The air was brisk and I was feeling terrific as I walked to the corner store. As I went inside, and it was just as I had imagined --- I was the only one there. First I inquired how to play this particular game, and then I self-selected five choices and allowed the computer to generate another five choices. When I was finished, I walked across the street to the hobby shop and bought several fun items. I didn’t give the lottery another thought. My vibrations stayed high.

At 11 pm, when the numbers were announced, I knew immediately I was not a winner. I didn’t even have to look at my tickets. The numbers were no where close. I checked my feelings: hmm, neutral, or no, better yet, for some odd reason, I felt like a winner. I felt smug -- like I had just won the lottery and I wasn’t going to tell anyone for some time, until I got my strategy collected.

Monday morning I was still feeling like a winner. So much so that when I drove past the store where I purchased the tickets, I smiled and thanked the Universe.

That afternoon my husband came home to tell me something surprising to both of us: we were in the process of inheriting half a million dollars --- I felt like I had just won the lottery! --- We knew we were getting an inheritance, however, we thought it was just enough to pay our collective debt plus a short vacation: $20,000.

Then, the next day, out of the blue, a client who had owed me $200 for some time, called to tell me she was putting a check in the mail that day for $500.

Last night, my husband informed me that his friend who borrowed $7,000 from him 17 years ago is now going to pay him back this month.

Then, today, I received a check in the mail for a retreat refund due me since November. Although I had requested this refund, I did not know if they would give it --- and I had forgotten all about it!

The Law of Attraction and the Poker Player

Highly charged feelings have the most power to draw things to you. Whether you consciously choose your points of attention or not, the Law of Attraction always works. If you are constantly reaping "crap" in your life, look back through your journal to see what your predominant emotions were over the last few weeks or months.

I know someone who was a very successful online poker player

A couple years later they moved into a new home worth 1.5 million. He had arrived...and so did their fourth child. Then he decided that playing online at home where he could interact with his wife and kids was no longer sufficient. He wanted to play at the casinos to liven up his experience. He had moderate success with tournaments around the world and at the WSOP. The partying and the women in Vegas became more important and he left his wife and kids.

He now had a hot new girlfriend that he spent copious amounts of money on

My point is not about the divorce or the evils of booze and gambling. The change was in his mindset. When he first started to play they lived on a sparse income. He was extremely grateful for the increase in his income. He had a good life, a wife who loved him and four beautiful children. They could afford to travel and buy whatever they wanted. He affirmed their prosperity and good luck!

After his marriage broke up, he became greedy and begrudged his wife the child support she had been awarded. He didn't want to spend time with his kids on his visitation days because now he had to make sure they were clean and fed and that they got to school on time. He began to complain bitterly.

His wife had to beg him for the support money

His attitude had changed from one of gratitude and love to one of greed and deceit. His story is one of "rags to riches" and back again. Although he has what he said he wanted, the Vegas lifestyle, a "VIP concierge for high rollers" as a girlfriend, is he happy? Is he making money? Does he have quality of life? Absolutely not!

In her settlement his wife got the house and sold it so she could move into a smaller home in their old neighbourhood. She is grateful for the fact that although the marriage ended she has four beautiful children and a home for them. She has a limited income right now but is getting more education. The kids are happy and healthy and are excited about their new home. It is on their old street and a lot of their friends still live there. She and the children are living a charmed although less affluent life.

His Subconscious Mind Made Him A Millionaire

Your conscious mind is personal and selective. It chooses, selects, weighs, analyzes, dissects, and investigates. It is capable of inductive and deductive reasoning. The subjective, or subconscious mind is subject to the conscious mind. It might be called a servant of the conscious mind.

The subconcious mind obeys the order of the conscious mind. For focused, directed thoughts to reach the subjective level; they must be of a certain degree of intensity. Intensity is acquired by concentration.

A man who owned a hamburger stand in the middle west wrote me and said that he had read The Power of Your Subconscious Mind when it first came on the market. He wrote that he had decided to concentrate on a million dollars, as he wished to expand his business and have several restaurants; he also wanted to establish a branch in his native country in Europe.

He followed the technique of impregnating his subconscious mind by concentrating on a million dollars. To concentrate is to come back to the center and to contemplate the infinite riches of the subconscious mind.

Every night he stilled the activity of his mind and entered into a quiet, relaxed, mental state. He gathered all his thoughts together and focused all his attention on a million dollar deposit in his bank book. He gave all his attention to this mental image. His steadied attention made a deep, lasting impression on the sensitive plate of his subconscious mind.

He repeated this every night, and at the end of one month things began to happen. He married a very wealthy woman who loved his ambition, zeal, enthusiasm and dreams for accomplishment.

She bought a restaurant for him which, within a few months' time, proved to be a tremendous success; he opened two branches. He made some investments in oil stock which pyramided fantastically. He sent me a gift of five hundred dollars for having written the book, which was one of the most delightful presents I have ever received.

This man has over a million dollars in the bank at the time of this writing, and in addition, his subconscious has furnished him extra dividends, including a beautiful and fabulously wealthy wife, a newborn baby, and a life more abundant.

Prayer for Prosperity

"... Thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." (Joshua 1:8) I now give a pattern of success and prosperity to the deeper mind within me, which is the law. I now indentify myself with the Infinite Source of supply. I listen to the still, small voice of God within me. This inner voice leads, guides, and governs all my activities. I am one with the abundance of God. I know and believe that there are new and better ways of conducting my business; Infinite Intelligence reveals the new ways to me.

I am growing in wishom and understanding. My business is God's business. I am Divinely propsered in all ways. Divine Wisdom within me reveals the ways and means by which all my affairs are adjusted in the right way immediatedly.

The words of faith and conviction which I now speak open up all the necessary doors or avenues for my success and prosperity. I know that "the Lord will perfect that which concerneth me..." (Psalm 138:8) My feet are kept in the perfect path, because I am a child of the living God."

He was Minister-Director of the Church of Divine Science in Los Angeles for 28 years, and hundreds of people attended his lectures every Sunday. In 1976 Dr. Murphy moved from Los Angeles to Laguna Hills in California, and it was here he lectured every Sunday until his death in 1981.
