Emotional Releasing: Let the Past Go

Emotional releasing is the process of letting go all the stored negative emotions that may be holding you back and causing you stress, pain, fear, guilt and hurt.
Even though being angry is normal, it and all the other emotions that don't serve you well should be gone from your life.
As long as these negative blockages are there... you cannot grow and move forward.
We know that unresolved emotions from the past and also from the present can't be seen, but they are there - holding you back.
We all go through life suppressing all the garbage that's built up over the years.
It hides deep in our subconscious, and will interfere with our health, success and happiness.
Why Release Negative Emotions
Releasing suppressed or negative emotions that you've tried to ignore or push to the back of your mind would be a health benefit to your mind, body and your spirit.
The purpose for releasing them is to try to eliminate the stress, the fear, the pain and any other emotions that may be interfering with you living the type of life you desire.
If your conscious mind is filled with these types of emotions, it could be that there is little room to really focus on anything but them.
And when they are hidden in your subconscious mind, they could be blocking your success and you're not even aware of it.
When To Release Negative Emotions
First you have to be aware that you have these emotions in order to release them.
So it will take a little soul searching internally to determine what negative emotions may be lurking around in you subconscious mind.
Once you have determined this, then would be a good time to start releasing or at least trying to let them go. Recognize them, acknowledge them, then let them go.
How To Release Negative Emotions
As I've often said, I'm not a doctor, a psychiatrist or psychologist, and there are times when it may take more than just emotional releasing exercises to deal with these kinds of problems.
