Blind Faith Is True Faith
The Lord Is My Shephard
Blind faith is difinitely a binding faith. Think about it. Some people find it very hard to have faith in the invisible, but here, I'm saying BLIND FAITH! You're depending totally on an outside source for your every need!
You can't see it! so you have to depend on this source to guide you and provide for you.
Faith Is A Fragile Thing
I'm aware that this would be difficult and probably unfamiliar territory to some.
We tend to be self-sufficient, independent people. And having to depend on someone else for help does not sit very well with us.
But this is what it's all about. Depending totally and absolutely on God to provide for everything we need and everything we think we want.
There is nothing wrong with this dependency. This is what God wants...for you to depend on Him...to have faith in Him...to trust in Him...to believe in Him! To keep his promises to us.
Your Faith Is Well Placed In God
Blind faith is one of the highest respects that can given to God. It tells him that there is complete trust in Him and that you are placing your life, your desires and well-being in His hands.
Now think about what God is going to do with that trust? Why he is going to deliver on his promise...to always watch over us. To always keep us safe. To always provide food, shelter and clothing for us.
Total Faith Is Hard - But Try It
Total faith! It's such a powerful tool to have in our arsenal. Use it...if you have it! Develope it...if you don't have it! Who do we all turn to in times of desperate need?
True faith is rare. Why? Because first it entails absolute trust. Second, it means having no doubts. And third is waiting patiently for God to deliver.
At some point either one or all three of those will go missing.
So having blind faith is something to strive for. And in doing so, I always repeat these words as a reminder of where my blessings are coming from. "The Lord is my shephard, I shall not want."
