worrisome atmosphere and listening to the stories on the 6:00 news about
murder, famine, floods
or finances will only bog your mind down to the point that
this is all you focus on. Stress eats
at your mind and body, and can cause you to become sick.
Stress also kills and it can cause your body to rebel against you. What
can you do? Some will have to seek medical help... some can use the Law
of Attraction and affirmations to create and attract a soothing and
stress-free environment for themselves.

Start by trying your best to eliminate any negative stressors that may be
causing you problems. I understand
this in itself can cause stress.
But
use the Law of Attraction to its full advantage. It can and will help
you create the surroundings
you want.
