A true prayer for living in abundance is any prayer of gratitude or prayers of faith said sincerely from the heart. And of course, all prayers are from the heart, if they aren't, what would be the use of praying?

After all, God knows our hearts! We can fool people, but we can't fool God.

The topic - "A True Prayer" - for what you want in life, made me think of one of my favorite authors. His name is Joseph Murphy. I've been reading his books for years... and I truly enjoy them.

One of his books is entitled, "Your Infinite Power To Be Rich". This is an excellent book, that is filled with enlightment.

It has true stories about indiviuals like you and me... who discovered the path to living in abundance.

It also contains prayers of faith that were written by Joseph Murphy. Prayers that can help you in different situations in your life. I consider each of these prayers to be, "A True Prayer For What You Want."

A Prayer Of Faith To Overcome Envy And Resentment

I know that we are all connected; all of us have a common Father. I wish for everyone health, happiness, abundance, and all the blessings and riches of life. I mean this; I am sincere. I know that what I wish for the other, I also wish for myself, and as I bless the other I am blessing myself.
The love of God flows through me to all mankind. I bless all who are richer than I, and I bless those who criticize and speak ill of me. I rejoice to see others succeed and prosper. I open the windows of my mind, and I let in the riches of Heaven.

The law of increase is inevitable, and my mind is constantly open to a bountiful increase. I am richly and abundantly supplied within and without from the infinite storehouse within me. I know that my business, profession, or activity is God's business. God's business is always basically successful. I am growing in wisdom and understanding every day. I know, believe, and accept the fact that God's law of abundance is always working for me, through me, and all around me.
My business or profession is full of right action and right expression. The ideas, money, merchandise, and contacts that I need are mine now and at all times. All these things are irresistibly attracted to me by the law of the universal attraction.

God is the life of my business; I am Divinely guided and inspired in all ways. Every day I am presented with wonderful opportunities to grow, expand and progress. I am building up goodwill. I am a great success, because I do business with others as I would have them do business with me. - Joseph Murphy
